Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under legitimate circumstances, including:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a damaged or defective item

  • Significant issues caused during shipping

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included when applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund. Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned and verified to be in acceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Books with signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Items damaged after receipt by the customer

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
